Dear White Matter Rounds Network members,
Over the past month, our discussions have continued to reflect the broad evolving spectrum of white matter disorders across the lifespan. We reviewed diverse cases spanning pediatric, adult, and overlapping pediatric–adult presentations, reflecting white matter diseases as a continuum rather than as isolated developmental phase dependent conditions.
We are also pleased to share that the network is continuing to grow. Recently, we welcomed 12 new members, further expanding our community. New colleagues have joined us from Malaysia, Argentina, Uruguay, the United Arab Emirates, Canada, and the United States. Our new members include MS specialists, radiologists, residents, medical students, and imaging researchers, bringing valuable perspectives to our discussions.
Thank you as well to everyone who provided feedback regarding a future in-person symposium. So far, the preferred option seems to be holding the meeting here in Montreal in Fall 2027. We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available.
We appreciate everyone who has participated in the rounds and contributed cases, questions, and discussion points.
